Conference fees
- Standard participant: € 100
the fee includes the participation in all conference sessions, coffee breaks and light lunches (the social dinner is not included, see below) - Student: no fee
the registration will be confirmed upon proper verification – an institutional email is required
Social Dinner
Non-binding. The dinner is not included in the registration fee (estimated cost: approx. € 50 per person). Venue and final cost will be communicated by e-mail to the participants.
Deadline
We also remind you that authors of accepted papers should register for the conference by November 9, 2026 to ensure their participation and presentation.
